Toyon Park Water System has 3 Wells. Well #1 is located on the corner of Highway 12 and Highway 26. Includes 200,000 gallon water tower tank, storage rooms and pump house. Equipment was replaced/updated in 2010. Well #2 is adjacent to the Toyon Business Park. Well #3 is located at 3463 Double Springs Road, Valley Springs. It includes well, pump house and equipment. The water table for wells are between 80-82 feet. Bottom of well is +/- 320 ft. The wells are tapped into 1 of 3 largest aquafers in California. The wells are producing more water than can be used or sold. The wells are perfect for future infrastructure growth. Inline flow meter can be installed, all easements and contracts are in place.
